To locate your record in our database, please enter all 6 digits of your customer identification number and your last name as it appears on your label then click "My Profile". Your customer identification number can be found on your magazine's mailing label directly above your name. In the sample label below, the Customer ID is the 6 digit number highlighted in yellow.
